In most projects, I’ve worked as the sole designer or in small teams, taking end-to-end responsibility for UX/UI decisions. I’m used to collaborating closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders: discussing trade-offs, defending design choices, and adapting solutions to technical and business constraints. I value feedback and collaboration, but I’m also comfortable making decisions and moving a product forward when clarity is needed.
